At Fishamore it is our mission to provide you with the healthiest corals possible. Each specimen will be inspected for healthiness, disease and or any abnormalities. All corals will be under our care for at least 14 days before being available to be shipped. We do not ship out unhealthy corals and we are committed to preventing the spread of parasites to our customers.

Shipping

Fishamore will never ship an item without confirmation from you on which day to ship. We will also offer to hold the corals up to 7 days after your completed transaction.

• Shipping thru FedEx or UPS is a flat rate of $50.
• Shipping thru USPS is a flat rate of $35 (if delivery can be made the next day).
• Free shipping on all orders over $250.

All items are packaged with the utmost care and attention. Heat and or ice pack will be used when necessary.

DOA (Dead On Arrival)

"Live Arrival" refers to the condition of your coral upon arrival and nothing more. Once placed in your tank, guarantee is voided.

In the event that your corals arrive DOA: You must meet the following requirements in order to get a credit.

• Have received and signed for the item on the first attempt made by the carrier.
• Notify Fishamore via email or voicemail within 2 hours of the delivery.
• Provide clear digital photos of the product in question (within 2 hours), so that we may evaluate its status accurately. The more pictures you can provide, the more accurately we can discern the condition of the coral.
• All dead on arrival (DOA) claims will be given store credit or replacement if available. Store credit must be used within 30 days of date of credit receipt.
